CEOs Eye Holistic Approach to Maintaining Strong Company Culture
There is no silver bullet for establishing and maintaining strong corporate culture, recent polling with CEOs suggests. Instead, a group of CEOs polled as part of the Transformative CEO Community point to several factors necessary to span the recruitment-retention lifecycle for employees:
- Identify and then hire qualified and diverse candidates (“getting hiring right”).
- Coach and develop talent.
- Build relationships across the employee base.
CEOs surveyed on this question say these elements are key to a holistic approach to maintaining and strengthening company culture, particularly as the pandemic continues to upend traditional workplace dynamics.
