• No Single Solution for Understanding Company Culture and Morale

When it comes to diagnosing morale and understanding internal corporate culture, leaders turn to a variety of measuring tools, rather than relying only on more “traditional” tools such as employee surveys. New data from a poll with the Transformative CEO Community suggests different leaders lean on different inputs to get the best viewpoint on culture and morale. An equal number of CEOs cite updates from other executives/leadership (19%), employee posts, comments or threads on internal communications platforms (19%) and formal internal research such as surveys or focus groups (19%) while a plurality (29%) say it’s best achieved through a separate avenue altogether (“other”).
