The pandemic has shaken up everything, including employees’ outlooks on their jobs. A new survey among the Informed Public reveals that living through the pandemic has caused half of employees to think twice about their current jobs, not including the 11% of people who have followed through with changing their job or career. As employees ask of themselves what or where their next moves might be, executives should be prepared to help them answer.
